We start by collaborating with the homeowner and builder to confirm lighting placement and product recommendations. We can create a lighting layout for review and are available for on-site walk-throughs to ensure clear communication throughout the process.

Step 2: Product Selection

We work closely with you, your builder, and our lighting partners to help you choose the right lighting, energy-efficient options, smart home systems, or generators.

Step 3: Warehouse and Delivery

Our efficient delivery system ensures your lighting is ready on time. We coordinate delivery with your team and ensure fixtures are clearly marked, include light bulbs, and come with instructions for complex systems.

Step 4: Project Completion

Each project is managed by a dedicated team, including a project manager and journeymen electricians, ensuring your project is completed on time and within budget. We also assist with Efficiency Maine lighting rebates.
