This project with Consigli Construction is the renovation and infrastructure upgrade of the C4 Behavioral Health Wing at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Lewiston. The major challenge of this project was limited access to the construction space for both personnel and materials. The obstacle was addressed with the use of platform scaffolding with stairs and a portable crane erected on site for all trades to use. The new state-of-the-art facility opened in December 2021 and provides a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for individuals in need of psychiatric care.
